Terms & conditions

1-All payments are to be made to Integrated Training Ltd.

2-Credit and debit cards are accepted as follow:  VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and SWITCH.

3-We accept cheques.

4-we don’t accept cash or other than points 2 and 3.

5-Surcharges on credit-debits cards might apply. No refunds are available.

6-all payments are to be made prior to the session, course of sessions, class or course of classes.

7-Note that classes are designed for the progressive improvement of our client’s fitness, therefore purchase
of a course implies the attendance of a minimum of once a week. E.g. a course of 8 sessions equals 8
successive weeks attending 1 class a week and so on.

8-When booking 2 to 1 or 3 to 1 the payment has to reach the total amount at once of the block chosen,
we don’t accept instalments.

9-the same principles of cancellation policy explain in point 7 apply for 2 to 1 and 3 to 1 training.

10-In the case of shared session 2-1 and 3-1 if one or more of the attendees fails to turn up and the other
members of that group do so, that means the session has being counted as taken, there fore the person or
people who haven turn up have lost that session. 

11-For health and safety reason, clients should turn up between 5 and 10 minutes before the class starts,
once the class have commenced will not be possible to join in for those  who have being late.
